Riddle, Charles E., age 98, of Knoxville died on Tuesday February 3, 2015 at Fort Sanders Medical Center. He was a member of Marble City Baptist Church, and a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in the Southwest Pacific during WWII. He retired from Stewart Warner Corporation in 1981 after 35 years of service. Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Ezra and Serena Riddle and his sister Geneva Foster. He is survived by his wife of 68 years Mary Riddle and children, Edwin, Tim and wife Pam, Joye, Jim and wife Jennifer; grandchildren, Sara, Caroline, Jake, Charlie and Matt Riddle and three great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends Thursday, February 5, 2015 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm with the funeral service immediately following at 7:00pm at Berry Highland Memorial Funeral Home, 5315 Kingston Pike. The Entombment will be Friday, February 6, 2015 at 11:00am at Berry Highland West Park, 9913 Sherrill Blvd.
