Cora Mae Norris Green age 95 of Knoxville went to be with the Lord Tuesday February 8, 2022. Cora Mae was a charter member of Chilhowee Hills Baptist Church. She was a member of Wade Bible Fellowship class and Sunshine Friends. Past Matron Burlington Eastern Star and currently a member of the Knoxville chapter. Cora Mae was preceded in death by her husband, Johnnie Green; parents,
Samuel and Cordelia Norris; several brothers and sisters also preceded. She is survived by daughters, Brenda Green of Knoxville and Karen (Mark) Goins; grandchildren, Lindsey (Jake) Garry and Eric Goins; great-granddaughter, Cora Mae Garry of Illinois. Special thanks to Pastor Becky, Anne Brooks, Ronda and Glenda Loveday. The family will receive friends Saturday February 12, 2022 from 2-4 p.m. at Berry Funeral Home 3704 Chapman Hwy. Eastern Star Service will follow at 4:00 p.m. with funeral service to follow. Rev. David Collins and Rev. Rebecca Milligan officiating.
