Deborah Nelson, 69, of Knoxville, Tennessee, passed away on January 12, 2026. She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, and great grandmother. She worked for KFC for over 30 years, the majority of which she spent as a manager.
Her hobbies were centered around her loved ones, and she enjoyed spending time with her great grandbabies and taking care of her family. She was loved beyond measure and will be missed each day we have to spend without her.
She is preceded in death by her loving parents: father, Howard Boling, and mother, Emelie Boling. She leaves behind her daughter, Kimberly Bryan (Erick); grandson, Justin Carter; granddaughter, Meagan Bryan; sister, Trula Massey; brothers Tommy and Ralph Boling; and her two great grandchildren, Howie Carter and Emma Carter.
There will not be a public service per Deborah's request.
