PATTERSON, DON C. - age 92, departed this life for eternity on May 19, 2012. He was from the Karnes Community of Knoxville, TN. He was a pipe fitter by trade; a Christian by Grace; a Patriot by choice; a veteran of WW II, and a native of Robbinsville, NC. He is preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Lillian Taylor; and brothers, Huel, Douglas and James Patterson. He is survived by a sister, Mildred Hartzog and husband, Everett of Yadkinville, NC; sister in law, Jean Patterson of Clinton; four nephews and two nieces.
