Richard, Donnie Owen age 58, of Knoxville, passed away Wednesday, August 10, 2016. Donnie was an avid hunter, outdoorsman, loving father, grandfather, uncle and brother. He was preceded in death by his parents, Tom and Ruth Richard; brothers, Buddy and Wayne Richard and sister, Bobbie Wilson. Survived by son, Shannon Duwayne Richard; daughters and sons-in-law, Raigan and Matthew Smith, Madison and Matthew Speiser; two grandchildren, Skylar Jade and Boone Alexander Smith; brother and sister-in-law, Roland and Faye Richard; sisters and brothers-in-law, Betty and Wayne Pike, Joyce McGill and Doug Bragg; Faye and Orville Tinsley and Evelyn and Ricky Biggs. Additionally he is survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members and special friends.
