Frank is preceded in death by his parents, F.M and Mamie Grove and his six siblings, Ruth Jones, Dottie Blair, Inez Cole, Margaret Tipton, Charles Grove, Peggy Gregg.
He is survived by many nieces and nephews.
Frank will be interred on Thursday, October 28, 2021 at 11 am at Berry Highland Memorial Cemetery, 5315 Kingston Pike.
