McCoy, Glen William, 83, of Knoxville, went to be with the Lord Thursday, August 14, 2014. He was a charter member of Fellowship Baptist Church and a U.S. Army veteran. He was preceded in death by wife, Joan McCoy. He was survived by daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Mickey French; son, Tim McCoy; grandson, Michael Shane French (Leslie); great-granddaughter, Emma Shea French; and special great-niece, Caitlin Brooks. Family will receive friends Sunday, August 17, 2014 from 1:30 to 3:30 pm at Meridian Baptist Church with a service to follow at 3:30 pm with Rev. Jack Cooper and Rev. Dana Fanchum officiating.
