Hazel J. Carrell, age 82, of Friendsville, passed away on Saturday, May 6, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband James Carrell; parents, Lloyd and Martha Montgomery; and two sisters, Peggy and Gerry. Hazel is survived by her son and daughter-in-law James and Vickie Carrell; grandson, Marcus and wife Jessica Carrell; great-grandchildren, Henry and Emma Carrell. The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to Lois Cooper for her loving care of Hazel. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 PM in the chapel of Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Highway with the funeral service to follow at 2:00 PM.
