Perry Sr., Joseph Eugene 82 of Knoxville, TN went to be with the Lord Saturday, November 4, 2017. He worked at Travis Meats as a butcher for 29 years. Joe and his wife, Mary, fostered children for 23 years. He was a beloved father, grandfather, brother, and friend. Joe was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Perry; brothers, Bobby and Junior Perry. He is survived by children, Joe Perry Jr., Debbie (Billy) Cooper, Steve (Jackie) Blankenbeckler; grandchildren, Jordan Perry, Cameron and Katie Cooper, Bobby (Tarrah) Blankenbeckler, Shaun (Sandra) Blankenbeckler, Amanda (Nicholas) Roop, Brittney Blankenbeckler; several great grandchildren, siblings, nieces, nephews and a host of additional family and friends. Family will receive friends Wednesday, November 8th from 6-8pm at Berry Highland South on Simpson Road.
