HENSLEY, JOSHUA LEE (JOSH) – age 21 of Knoxville passed away Sunday, April 27, 2014. Josh was a graduate of Karns High School and was employed by H.T. Hackney Co. He was a member of Knox Volks Club and Air Cooled Hooligans. Preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Ophia Elliott. Survived by his mother, Jennifer Moore and fiancé Tyler Lawson; father Todd Hensley and wife Julie; siblings, Jessica Hensley, Jacob, Drew, Devin, Britney and Mykal; high school sweetheart, Brittany Branch; niece Rylee; grandparents, Jack and Nancy Moore, Gin and Bill Nichols, James Robert “Poppy” and Barbara “Nanny” Hensley, Charlie Joiner and Wanda Joiner; uncles, Mike (Tracey) Moore, Mark (Genevieve) Moore; Aunt Sonia (James) Dockery, many cousins, extended family and many loving friends. Visitation will be from 5-8 pm Thursday in Weaver’s chapel with service to follow at 8 pm. Family and friends will meet 10 am Friday at Weaver Funeral Home to proceed to Greenwood Cemetery for an 11 am interment.
