Mrs. Weaver was born on December 9, 1928 in Lee County, Virginia. She was known as a Child of God, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, daughter, sister and friend. She was a talented seamstress and gardener. She was a member of Kimberlin Heights Church of God, Knoxville. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hobert and Ollie Jane Cooper; husband, Jack Weaver; son, Jack Weaver Jr; daughter, Linda Weaver; son-in-law, Van Donahue; granddaughter, Tina Weaver Lockhart and eight of her nine siblings.
Survivors include: brother, Stanley Cooper; children, Betty Donahue, Bill Weaver, Barbara and Bobby Davenport, Vickie and Ottis Carrell, Alice Weaver, and Scott Weaver; 13 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and special family in Virginia and Indiana.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kimberlin Heights Church of God, 1516 Bays Mountain Rd., Knoxville, TN 37920 in honor of Lexie Weaver.
Receiving friends and family will be held on Sunday, March 10 at 1 pm, funeral services will be held at 2 pm and interment at 3pm in the Chapel of Berry Highland South, 9010 Simpson Road, Knoxville, TN 37920, with Doug Inman officiating. Online condolences can be left at www.berryhighlandsouth.com.
