Lynell Reed Tuggle age 89 of Knoxville, passed away October 19, 2025 at Parkwest Hospital. She was of the Methodist faith and a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard (Jake) and Irma Reed and brother, Michael "Mickey" Reed. Survived by loving husband of 68 years, Marvin Tuggle, Sr.; son, Marvin Tuggle, II and wife, Damaris Pagan; daughter, Faith Tuggle; grandchildren, Isabella Tuggle, Scarlett Tuggle and Jean Tuggle; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 2-4 pm Sunday at Weaver Funeral Home. Family and friends will meet at 1:45 pm Tuesday, Oct. 28th at the East TN State Veterans Cemetery on John Sevier Hwy. for a 2 pm graveside service.
