Graveside Service will be held on January 31, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Woodlawn Cemetery , 4500 Woodlawn Pike, Knoxville, Tennessee.

They are survived by Cindy Bowers (Daughter), Wendy (Ralph) Bowers-Norris (Daughter), Darlene Bowers (Daughter-in-law), Margie Randolph (Sister), Nancy Winstead (Sister), Johnny Winstead (Brother), Grandchildren, Anthony, Troy, and Jason Bowers, Travis (Stephanie) Norris, Chris and Kristina Griffin; several nieces and nephews; special friend, Ann Norris and loving pets, Cocoa, Mojo, Charlie and Tiki..
