Sister Nancy, we will miss Brother Mike and are sad for us,but glad he is with the Father.He was  a kind, funny,generous.honorable, loyal and gentle soul. We love you & are praying.

I remember every time I would see Uncle Mike he would say, " I have your ROTC picture sitting on my dresser." It always made me feel special. Love you Uncle Mike, and will see you in the near future!!

Our Lord's Word says, "We know that if the earthly house of our tabernace be dissolved, we have a building of God, an house note made with hands, eternal in the Heavens." Nancy, Jason and Jeremy our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of lose.  We know Mike is in a better place and at peace with no pain, for that we rejoice as he told us all he was ready to go.  When I think of Mike I think of how great a Dad, Husband and  provider he was, his wonderful sense of humor, how he told jokes and made us all laugh and  how he loved to see people smile,  his war stories that he experienced and told us, all he gave for his country, how good he was to his family, our family, my Mom ( I remember him sitting with her at the hospital ), Aunt Cat and Uncle Fred, all of us and so many others that crossed his path.  This comes to mind when I think of Mike Lynch  “ A Good Man Is Hard To Find” well my dear cousin Nancy you did find him and shared Mike with us all, we have lost him, but will forever remember Mike as he is in our hearts where he will remain.

Nancy, Jeremy, and Jason, Ron and I have been thinking of all the wonderful times we have shared between our families. Watching UT football, New Year's  parties, playing cards for pennies, cookouts, and those endless waterballoon fights! Plus Mike taking Ron hunting...thank goodness for Mike! Ron still says he was not lost! And Nancy, I have to mention how you and Mike took Ron to the Labor Day fireworks while I was home with Megan. I believe if the story goes right, you let him out of the car to answer natures call and the next time you and Mike saw Ron he was hitch-hiking down Pleasent Ridge. Once again, Mike delivered Ron home in one piece to me. We SO do love you! I am sure Mike is smiling thinking of all the wonderful times we have shared.
