I met Kia working at McDonald's at strawplaines pike. I didn't know him very long but I am blessed I got to meet him. He laughed at me every time I spilled something at work,I'm going to miss that so much. We always would ask each other how many glasses of water did you drink today. I will miss his smile ,his energy, and his greatness. I will see him again in  heaven one day. To his mom you raised a great son I only knew him for a short time but he left a big smile in my heart I will never forget.  My prayers are with all of you !God bless your entire family. I've been trying to find the right words or the right memory to share... we had so many Baby Boy... so many❤... you were way more than just my son... you are my heart...my buddy...my riding partner...my bff... yes we could butt heads but you would end up listening to me in your own way and in your own time... I have known Kai for many years. He was my best friend throughout middle school and most of high school. Even when we first met we acted like we had known eachother for our whole lives. There was never a dull moment between us. He always knew just what to say to make my day better or make me laugh when I was upset. He was a shoulder to cry on anytime I needed him. He supported me through every decision I ever made, and I did the same with him. In school we were attached at the hip. If we had a class together we’d do everything in our power to be as close as we could. He was always my lab partner in biology, even though neither of us were that good at that subject. He was my best friend when it came to high school. We knew everything about eachother, and I remember those days like it was yesterday. Kai taught me many things in life that I will cherish forever. He taught me not to care what other people thought of me. And to be confident in myself no matter what I was doing. The biggest  thing he taught me was to stay true to who I am no matter the circumstances. Kai was a precious soul who was too good for this world. His mother did an amazing job on him that is for sure. He was the most respectful, sweet, caring person I’ve ever come to know. I have to say I am very lucky no only getting to know Kai, but having him as one of my best friends for so long. He will truly be missed by everyone’s lives he touched. I know the world will not be the same without him here, but I feel lucky to have gotten to know him and love him before he went. 

Sir Kai unfortunately  we do not have photo to share. But we Tim Aka Gramps and I have several memories with you. We met when you had broke ur arm and in a cast. I was quick fast to bring u a get well gift. Cause u ur that kinda kid u had to love. You would always get on me bout my smoking. Such a good kid knowing it was bad for me. U were a bright light in Gramps and I life. Then we had grandbabies. You helped  us to adapt to that life. Cause we enjoyed you so much. Know this Kai u will be missed by sooooo many. And may you rest well with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Bless you Kai. Ride them Ponies and ride them hard. They will miss you bud. 💔💔💔

Kai was such a good person to be around. He spread so much positivity and good vibes. Kai and I became friends while working together at McDonald’s. I’m so thankful to have crossed paths with a wonderful soul like him. He was such a good friend to me from  listening to me talk about my problems, to wiping away my tears, and to even being a shoulder for me  to lean on during hard times. I will always cherish our memories, and will forever be grateful to have met him.  I love you so much Kai. Gone but never forgotten. ❤️

I met you 11 years ago. You were a sweet shy boy peeking around the corner of the door to see who I was talking to your mom. We grew from that point on as a family. I was your Papa and you were my son. We been through alot a good times and even some bad times. You tried me at times but I never stopped loving you.  You have gone home to heaven now and I will miss you and that beautiful smile everyday. I know your riding Horses up there. I will keep things down here on the farm going knowing your watching down on it. I will love and protect your mother through this difficult time and forever on. Kai was an amazing person and brought me so many amazing memories that i will forever cherish. No matter how bad of a day you could be having he always knew how to make you laugh ..he had such a silly goofy amazing personality that could light up any room. I know we lose touch and hadn't talked in a while but i always loved him and wanted what was best for him. Kai made such a difference in so many peoples lives and will forever be missed.

kai, you were one of a kind. my ride or die. you always had a way of making me laugh until i couldn’t anymore. i will forever cherish our memories of riding horses, our nightly talks of how we are gonna live together and be rich and famous one day, riding around listening to 42dugg, and going on walmart adventures just for me to tell you “you probs shouldn’t be eating that.” i’m gonna miss you bubs, more than you will ever know. i’ll love you always. watch over all of us and rest easy.🕊💙

From kindergarten through 4th grade, Mikai was easily one of my elementary best friends. The both of us had “monkey ears” that stuck out, dark curly hair, and tan skin so people often thought we were siblings or related in some way. I have core memories of Mikai teasing and constantly kicking me, being the obnoxious 4th grade boy he was and finding it hilarious. No matter how much of a jerk he tried his best to be, Mikai was really the softest, biggest sweetheart and at one point we were inseparable. We always stuck together on every field trip, sat together every day at lunch, and always chose to pair up for group projects in class. Elementary school was a blur, but I am so grateful for the memories we got to share together.

Kyra and Mikai were good friends in elementary school. If I remember correctly, they became friends before knowing that Meredith and I had been lifelong friends. They had fun competing against each other in every activity. Here are a few pics of various fiend trips that we went on. You can find Micai checking out the underneath of the table.  Making sure it's safe for all those girls to sit on I'm sure. He was such a sweet boy and will be dearly missed

Meredith- Kai was a very special to our family. Kenzie loved him so much. I have so many memories of him being at my house. He was like a son to me and I always called him baby boy. His hugs, smiles and laughter lite up my day. I remember him holding Alayah and telling Kenzie if they hadn’t found anyone by a certain age they would get married. Although we had many disagreements about his diabetic. My whole family loved Kai. He touched our life’s. I know he’s watching over us. RIP sweet Kai💕

Kai loved my barbecue, it was one of the passions we shared. Good food, soul food. Stick to you ribs and keeps you at the table. The kind of food that deep meaningful conversation are had over. Guess that’s why they call it soul food. Cuz you bare your soul over it.

I’ll never forget the day this photo was taken, I came in last place in every event I entered and yet Kai and his family were still cheering me on the whole time. Of course afterward we laughed and joked about how horrible I did. I couldn’t help but smile for the picture because with him by my side he made even that day a good day. He was my biggest supporter and best friend through everything. No words could bring justice to how amazing of a person he truly was. 

Kai, you were my best friend, my lil bro! The memories we share will forever be in my heart. All the late nights cruising around listening to music, playing Pokémon go, Starbucks or Dunkin runs, and so much more!  I love you more than words can describe and you will forever live in my heart!
