Paul W. Hurst, age 69, of Seymour, TN, passed away on May 20, 2021. Paul retired from the Sevier County Sheriff's Department after many years of service. Loved spending time in the mountains and fishing. Paul had a great sense of humor that will be missed by everyone that knew him. He loved his wife, children, and grandchildren more than anything in this world. Paul is preceded in death by parents Paul "Speedy" and Bonnie Hurst. He is survived by his wife of 52 years Brenda Hurst; children Lisa Thomason, David (Brenda) Hurst and Wade (LeeAnn) Hurst; grandchildren Katrina, Derek, Megan, Jordan (Shamus), Hayley and Emma; great-grandchildren MacKenzie, MaeLeigh, Remington, Beckett and Julian.
