Raymond was preceded in death by his parents Raymond and Lillian Osborne and his beloved sister Alice Osborne. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Nancy Osborne; children Cynthia (Lare) Arra, Susan Osborne Presnell and David Raymond Osborne; grandchildren Liam Arra, Gabriella Arra and Zachary (Elizabeth) Presnell.
The family will hold a private service at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Raymond's memory to First Baptist Church - Sevierville.
