Richard Reed Sterchi, 46, passed away suddenly Tuesday, December 2, 2015. Richard was a devoted Father, Son, Brother, Uncle and Friend…. Richard was an avid golfer, an extreme VOL for Life and unrelenting Kansas City Chiefs Fan. Richard celebrated each and every day of life, with his huge, loving heart, unmatched humor and unforgettable, contagious smile. Richard was a member of Church Street United Methodist Church.

Richard is preceded in death by his Father, Lee Sterchi, Grand Parents Martha and Reed Sterchi and Christine and Richard Jones. Survived by and will be greatly missed by devoted Daughters Brooke Elizabeth and Lindsay Reed and their mother Kristy Rudd Sterchi, Mother, Cynthia J. Thompson, Sister, Deborah and Scott Gregory, Brother, Ron T. Earley, Nieces and Nephews, Great Niece and Nephews, Cousins and many lifelong friends.

Family will gather to receive Friends Friday evening December 4th, 5-7pm at Berry’s Funeral Home, Chapman Highway. Graveside services will be held Saturday, December 5th 1pm at Woodlawn Cemetery, Reverends Jan B Wade and David Graves officiating.
