Rickey Paul Hartley, age 69 of Powell, passed away May 18, 2023 at Tennova North Medical Center. Rick worked for many years in the paint dept. at K-Mart. He was a true man of God and an ordained minister at Massachusetts Ave. Church of God. Many will miss him. Preceded in death by mother, Dorothy Hartley and brother, Amos Hartley. Survived by loving wife of 40 years, Doris Hartley and special brother in the Lord Joe Harris; sons, Ricky and John Hartley; grandson, Josiah Hartley, niece Debbie Hensley; nieces, Brittney, Mae, Melissa and Jennifer; nephews, Terry and Tony Hartley and several more nieces and nephews.
