Ruby Mae Letsinger

Letsinger, Ruby Mae Welch, age 82, of West Knoxville, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 24th, 2014. She was a member of Community Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Paul David Letsinger, son, David Letsinger, parents, Harve and Josie Welch, and siblings, Opal (Clyde) Mayes, Pearl Sentill, and Elmer Welch. She is survived by daughter, Pamela (Jerry) Potter, granddaughters, Robin (Jeff) Hollifield and Amy Fox, great-grandchildren, Emma, Clay, and Brandon, their mother, Patsy Elder, sister, Bertha Jewell (Maurice) Davis, brother-in-law, James Sentell, and “adopted daughters,” Virginia, Connie, Linda, Elizabeth, Gail and Babe. The family would like to express their deep gratitude to Doug Cartwright and JoAnn Sims for all their kindness. The family will receive friends at Highland West Memorial Funeral Home on Thursday, June 26th, 2014 from 10:00 to 10:30 A.M. with chapel service to begin at 10:30 A.M.
