Rush William” Bill” Flanagan, age 78 of Knoxville, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family, August 22, 2025. He retired from the K-25 Oak Ridge Gaseous Diffusion Plant where he honed his craft for more than 40 years. Preceded in death by his daughter, Bethany Flanagan; parents, Robert Franklin and Clara Helen Flanagan. Survived by daughter, Rachel Colleen Everett and her husband Larry Everett who was very special to Bill; grandchildren, Teagan and Reed Everett; former wife and mother of his children, Sharon Deobhakta.
