Steven Jack Higgins

Although his life was short, Steven touched so many lives and taught us so many lessons. He was an amazing, smart, and talented young man, with a childlike heart. He loved his family, consisting of his mother, father, sister and two nephews, as well as extended family, but the love of his life was his beloved Summer. During the 8 years they shared together, he gave his heart and soul to this sweet young woman.

Survived by his father, Steve Higgins; mother, Darlene Hill Higgins; sister, Arlissa Green, and her husband, Robert; nephews, Austin and Lincoln; his love, Summer Walker, as well as extended family and beloved friends.Family will receive friends at Weaver Funeral Home, Monday, 6 - 8 p.m. A Celebration of Life service will follow. In lieu of flowers, his family asks that you honor his memory by doing random acts of kindness to those in need, showing compassion for others, as Steven always did.
