Wayne Stockdale

Stockdale, Wayne 91 of Clinton, TN went Home to be with the Lord Thursday, April 20, 2017. He was a proud WWII Veteran. Wayne was the pastor and/or assistant pastor of several Independent Baptist churches over the course of approximately 50 years. He retired from Kent State University a little over 30 years ago as a CPA. Wayne is preceded in death by wife, Reba Stockdale; son by love, J.R. Lowe; siblings, Clarence Stockdale, Edie Sompii. He is survived by his loving wife of 13 years, Charlotte Stockdale; children, Marilyn (Verlin) Lynn, Mark Stockdale, Danny (Stacey) Stockdale, Brad Lowe, Bob (Cindy) Lowe, Bill (Lynda) Lowe; numerous grandchildren; many great grandchildren; siblings, Cecil Stockdale, Ethel Nelson, Ruth Stockdale; many nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends Saturday, April 22nd from 5-7pm at Berry Highland South on Simpson Road with funeral service to follow at 7pm with Rev. Mike Parker officiating.
