William David "Bill" Pierce

Pierce, William David “Bill” 69 of Knoxville, TN went on his final journey Home Wednesday, May 10, 2017. He was a proud US Army Veteran and retired business owner of Pierce Painting Company. Bill is preceded in death by wife, Carmelita Ivey Pierce; parents, Robert L. and Lucille Pierce; brother, Robert L. Jr. and James H. Pierce. He is survived by daughters, Carrie Pierce, Sharrie Pierce-Wheeler, Christa Justice; grandchildren, Cassidie Pierce, William “Nick” Pierce, Christopher Pierce, Gavin Wheeler, Skylar McMillan; step grandchildren, Kaycie Howard, Naomi Justice, Javier Salvador, Hal Justice; siblings, Jackie McClure, Betty Jean Lemmons, John Pierce, Tommy Joe Pierce; several nieces, nephews and a host of other family. Family will receive friends Tuesday, May 16th from 5-7pm at Berry Highland South on Simpson Road with funeral service directly following at 7pm officiated by Rev. Thomas J. Pierce. Entombment will take place Wednesday, May 17th at 1pm at Berry Highland South.
