He loved his Tennessee Volunteers and sports of all kinds. When he graduated from Carter High School, he pursued his love of Baseball to ETSU. Bill also loved his music and he ventured off to answer its call and worked as a D.J. at many clubs and even had Jazz hour on WQUT for a brief time.
Bill came back to Knoxville to live in the Mid-80s to spend time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his father, Bud Eddlemon, whom was a real American hero from WWII. He held the purple heart medal which was just one of his many. Bill's mother, Carzella Eddlemon worked for many years at Mascot School and was one of the kindest and happiest person you could ever know.
Bill leaves behind his brother, George Allen Eddlemon whom he was very close with and loved very much. Bill had many cousins, Eddie Kirby, Billy Williams, Jack E. Kirby, Gerry Eddlemon, Cindy Eddlemon, Scott Eddlemon, Mary Copeland, Mike Steven, Rusty Dagley, Don Kite, Melanie Kite, Larry Wyrick and Melissa Eddlemon.
Bill recently retired from Green Mountain Coffee where he had many close friends he made while he worked there. Bill leaves behind many close friends he loved very much and we will all see him in Heaven one day soon.
