

Bing Joe Leger, 87, of Kokomo, IN, passed away peacefully on September 21, 2025. He was born on February 12,1938 to Leo and Flossie (Sellar) Leger. On July 7th, 1962, he married Jannette “Ruth” Bertram.
Bing was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He served active duty in the United States Marine Corps from 1957 to 1960 and he worked many years for Kingston Products Corporation in Kokomo prior to retiring from Wabash National. He enjoyed having a good project to work on around the house and was always up for a chat to make sure everyone was “staying out of trouble”. He dearly loved his family and his wife, who he tirelessly cared for during the last years of her life.
Bing is survived by his son, Jeffrey (Mary Lee) Leger, 3 grandchildren, Luke (Valerie) Leger, Angela (Michael) Anderson, and Stephen (Skyler) Tanselle, and 4 great-grandchildren, Ari, Piper, Emilie and Thomas.
He was preceded in death by his wife Ruth, his parents, brothers, Leo F. Leger Jr., and John Leger, and sisters Frieda Rivers and Maxine Albaugh.
Visitation will be Saturday, September 27th from 11am-1pm at Sunset Memory Garden, with a funeral service at 1pm. Bing will be laid to rest at Sunset Memory Garden Cemetery, 2097 W. Alto Rd., Kokomo, following the funeral service.
