Constance Joanne Price

Constance “Connie” Joanne Price, 79, passed away on Friday, June 2, 2017. She was born to Margie Keith Parker in Kokomo. Connie married Carl Price on June 28, 1955. They were married for almost 62 years. She worked at the neighborhood grocery store, and also as a crossing guard. She loved to fish- and bragged often that she could out-fish Carl! She had to have coffee and a cigarette first, and Carl would always cast her line for her.

Connie was a member of Parkview Mennonite Church for over 50 years.

Connie is survived by her husband, Carl Price; children Carla Lewis and Susan Longfellow; brother David (Jean) Parker; sister Bonnie Henninger, best friend and cousin Mary Jo Vansickle, 4 grandchildren Chad Lewis, Shannon Crousore, Amy Oligney, Joe Price, and 13 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Margie and Jack; and son Danny Price.

Friends and family may call from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 7, at Parkview Mennonite Church, 1382 E 100 N, Kokomo, IN 46901.
