Danny K. Robbins, 66 of Kokomo, passed away Tuesday August 6, 2019. He was born to the late Hattie Robbins in Kokomo on September 9, 1952.

Danny graduated from Haworth high school, and worked at Howard Community Regional Hospital for 27 years. He retired in September of 2017. He was an extremely talented musician and was a drummer for the Mike Milligan and the Steam Shovels Band, Blind Boy and the CNI Dawgs.

Surviving him is his daughter Danielle Morrow-Robbins, grandsons Elijah Daniel Miles, Noah Michael Morrow, great grandchild Lucas Andrew Miles, and expecting a great grandson In January, and many close friends.

Funeral services for Danny will take place at Ellers Mortuary Main Street Chapel Saturday August 10, 2019 at 1:30pm with his close friend Ray Collins officiating. Friends may gather from 10am to 1:30pm at the funeral home. Burial will take place in Sharpsville cemetery for close friends and family only.

Sorry for your loss. I worked with Danny at the Kokomo Tribune in the 70s. I also enjoyed the music with Blind Boy and Danny. I will always have many good memories of Danny !! Sincerely “Big Don”
