

Ed was born on January 28th, 1963 to his parents Robert W. Gann Sr. and Hope Gann (Lujan).
Ed married the love of his life Shawn Ellen Gann (Hayes) on November 6th, 1999 in Nashville, IN
He is survived by his wife, parents, children Kyle (Amanda) Gann, Alison Gann, and Kelsey Gann; brother Robert W. (Anna Marie) Gann II of Coarsegold, CA; sister Ginger Elaine (Bill) Schocke of New Albany, IN, and several nieces and nephews. Ed is also survived by his beloved dogs Frank and Odie.
Ed worked for Kinetic Concepts (KCI) for 16 years as their Regional Sales Manager and National Accounts Vice President leading his midwest sales team to unprecedented success winning many awards and trips. He was a 1981 graduate of Northwestern High School and was inducted to their Hall of Fame for wrestling. He later graduated from Indiana University Kelly School of Business in Bloomington receiving a record 9 job offers upon graduation. He was on the Varsity IU Wrestling team, member of Phi Delta Theta, and a huge fan of the entire athletic program. He was an active board member of IU’s Athletic Association and played for the Kokomo Mustangs. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, traveling 44 of the 50 states and many countries with most in Thailand. His commanding voice and contagious laugh helped him as a football and baseball coach, providing many motivational speeches to his players and throughout his work career. Ed attended nearly 100 different colleges to participate in tailgating and his love of college football. Ed was a lifetime member of St Joan of Arc Church.
Ed was a devoted husband and father. A man who had tremendous faith in our Lord, Jesus Christ, love for his family, and country. He now resides in heaven, walking the streets of gold. No more pain or tears, singing Holy, Holy, Holy, is the Lord thy God. We are saddened by his passing but rejoice in his resurrection.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held Sunday June 11th from 3:00pm to 7:00pm at Ellers Mortuary (3400 S Webster Street Kokomo 46902). A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday June 12th at 10:00am with visitation one hour prior at St Joan of Arc Church (3155 S 200 W Kokomo 46902). A Rosary Service will be conducted at 9:30am. Interment will follow at Sunset Memory Garden Cemetery
