Freda Marie Walden

Freda married Lee R. Walden on April 6, 1960, and he preceded her in death.

Freda is survived by her son, Jimmy L. Walden, of Kokomo; daughters, Susan Haigwood (Leland), of Kokomo; and Roberta Roberts (Samuel), of Kokomo; grandchildren, Travis Bowman (Sarah), of Kokomo; Shawna Bowser (Nick) and her son, Joshua Winegardner, of Kokomo; Daniel and Jacob Goede, both of Huntsville, Alabama; great-grandchildren, Tori and Chris Gifford, Kelvin, Kohle and Kiersten Groome, Emily Baker, all of Kokomo.

Preceding Freda in death is her daughter, Lisa Walden, of Kokomo; a granddaughter, Twila Dawn Pitman; and a great-grandchild, Avery Grace Groome, of Kokomo.

She retired from GM after 27 years of service. She attended Victory Church of God of Kokomo.

A private service for Freda will be held for the family. She will be entombed next to her late husband at Sunset Memory Garden.
