Jacqueline Joyce Patterson

Jacqueline J. Patterson 83 of Kokomo passed away on Friday November 29th in Saint Joseph, Michigan. Born in 1935 to Mildred (Alexander) and George Easter, Jackie was preceded in death by her parents, 3 sisters: Betty Reed, Doris Williams and Georgia Riddle. Also preceding her in death were her daughter Amy (Patterson) Free and son Thomas. Jackie is survived by her sister Jean Collins, her son William (Bill) Geiger, her step-daughter Suzanne (Patterson) Trato, and 3 grandchildren Alli Fivecoate, Collin Free and Kaleb Free. Jackie had attended Kokomo High School, and had been employed for many years at the John L. Kiley Insurance Agency. She retired in 2001 from the Miles and Finch Insurance Agency. She was a 50 year member of Kokomo Chapter 89, Order of the Eastern Star. Memorial Services will be at 1 PM Saturday December 7th at Ellers Mortuary on S. Webster St. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens Cemetery. Friends may call at the mortuary from 12-1 PM on Saturday. The services will be held jointly with those of her son Thomas S. Patterson, who preceded her in death on Sunday November 24th. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to either Caring Circle of Lakeland hospice or to The American Cancer Society.
