Jerry L. McMillin

Mr. Jerry “Grandpa” McMillin, 82, Kokomo, Passed away November 11, 2019. He was born October 1, 1937 in Jonesboro Arkansas to Roy and Carrie McMillin. Jerry is survived by his son; Terry McMillin, daughter Teresa McMillin, grandchildren; Chris Fletcher, Tony Steward, Jonathan Steward, T.J. McMillin, Cody McMillin and his “right hand man” Eric (Alex) McMillin, sister; Patsy Moon, numerous great grandchildren and son in law; Dave Langley. He is preceded in death by his parents; loving wife, Alma McMillin; daughter, Sherrie Langley; grandchild, Eric Fletcher; brother, Robert McMillin and sister, Betty McMillin. Jerry served his country with honor in the United States Air Force for eight years. He retired from Sears after 32 years. Jerry was raised on a Sioux Indian reservation graduating high school from Lake Andes South Dakota. He worked constantly his entire life. Would visit Hunts Salvage and Breakfast House daily. He took great pleasure owning and operating Grandpa’s Scooter Parts with his grandson Eric (Alex) McMillin. Visitation will be Thursday November 14, 2019 4:00pm – 7:00pm at Ellers Mortuary Webster Street with a funeral service Friday November 15, 2019 1:00pm at the Mortuary.
