Judie enjoyed visiting Florida and especially loved the beach.
She is survived by her children Michael Sumner, Michelle Harner (Darvel), Patricia Nevitt, Sherry Mahoney (Donald Mills), Jennifer Rouse (Heath), and Obsidian Wisehart, grandchildren; Jason Harner (Megan), Brooke-Allison Hines, Nicole Collar, Krystal Meeks (Lee), Robert Welcher, Laci Rouse, Heath Rouse, Tyler Nevitt, and Jayde Nevitt, siblings; Robert Bailey (Melissa) and Pamela Thomas. She also leaves behind her best friend since she was 16 years old, Shirley Reese, whom she still spoke to on the phone everyday.
In addition to her parents Judie is preceded in death by her husband Michael Wisehart, and brother Stephen Bailey.
A visitation for Judie will be held Saturday, March 29, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Ellers Mortuary & Crematory Center, 3400 S. Webster Street, Kokomo, Indiana 46902. She will be laid to rest in Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Judie's memory may be made to the Miracle Foundation to help orphaned children, 1506 West 6th Street, Austin, Texas 78703.
