Richard began working at an early age for Pittsburgh Plate Glass (PPG) Industries and Indalex in Kokomo, where he worked for several years until retirement. He was a member of Courtland Avenue Church of Christ. In his free time, Richard enjoyed going to movies, and socializing with his friends.
Richard is survived by his sister, Joan Davidson; several nieces and nephews; and special friends, Ray and Kathryn Little.
In addition to his parents, Richard was preceded in passing by one brother, two sisters, and a nephew.
There will be a graveside service for Richard officiated by Pastor Josh Welch at Sunset Memory Garden Cemetery on Monday, January 6th at 1:00 pm.
Richard’s family would like to acknowledge and give special thanks to the nurses and staff at Aperion Care for the treatment that they gave to Richard.
