Sandra JoAnne LaFace

Sandy LaFace, age 55, of Greenwood, Indiana passed away on Saturday, January 15, 2022. Sandy was born March 5, 1966 in Kokomo, IN. She was the daughter of Richard and Judith Huffer (Passmore). From a young age, Sandy enjoyed reading, listening to music, and exploring the world. She was actively involved in activities such as 4-H, Cheerleading, Drama Club and Debate Club throughout school. She graduated from Kokomo High School and went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University Kokomo. Sandy married Daryl LaFace on February 12th, 2002 in Las Vegas, NV. She was the mother to Alexa, Alexandra, and Max. Survivors include her husband, Daryl LaFace; daughters Alexa (Joe Fleenor) Humbert and Alexandra (Joseph) Olivieri; son Maxwell (Kaylee Harlan) Humbert; parents Richard and Judith Huffer; brother Jason Huffer; great-grandmother Bernice Passmore; nephews Devin (Taylor) Huffer and Will Huffer; niece Austyn Huffer; two great-nephew Bennett Huffer and Myles Huffer; in-laws Nick and Jane LaFace; and several aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by a brother, Randy Huffer; grandfather Jerry Passmore; grandmother Beulah Huffer; and mother-in-law, Kathleen Ann LaFace. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 5th, 2022 at Eller's Mortuary 3400 S. Webster St., Kokomo, IN 46902. Visitation is from 2:00pm - 4:00pm with remarks beginning at 4:00pm.
