

Sharon Sue Hostetler (Robertson), of Kokomo, passed away at Mulberry Health and Retirement home in Mulberry on February 14, 2012 following a brief illness. She was born at St. Joseph Hospital in Kokomo on July 23, 1935, the daughter of Leroy F. and Mary E. Robertson (Waugh, Breeden) of Kokomo.
Sharon graduated from Kokomo High School in 1953. She later went on to be a waitress at the Casa Grande and Moose Lodge before moving on to Delco Electronics in 1966 and worked on the radio assembly line before retiring in 1981. She enjoyed reading, watching movies and being with her family.
Her son, Kevin L. Robertson, Lafayette, survives along with three grandchildren, Brandon L. Hunt, Kokomo, Caitlin M. Robertson, Cincinnati, Ohio, and Brittany A. Robertson, Lafayette; two sisters, Barbara Myers (husband Jim) and Anna Sturgell (husband Wes), both of Kokomo; and several nieces and nephews. From 1963 to 1973, she was married to Robert Hostetler, Sharpsville, who also survives.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Kristy L. Mundy, Kokomo; sister, Carolyn L. Toth, Prattville, Alabama; a step-mother, Ruth A. Robertson; and an uncle, Karl Robertson, both of Kokomo.
