Bill was born on March 15, 1953, in Kokomo to Treva (Small) Liali and William Orr, and was raised by his loving step father, Salvatore Liali.
Bill married his wife that he loved very much, Kaye Bough, in August of 1972. Together they shared 49 years of marriage.
Bill graduated from Kokomo High School in 1971, worked at Dunkin Donuts and that is where he met the love of his life. He worked for a few heating and cooling companies and then started up his own in 1981 where he was still operating. The Lord came into his heart back in 1976 and he joined Lighthouse Missionary Baptist Church where he was ordained a Deacon. He loved his church and church family and would go out of his way to help anyone in need. He was a very generous man with a huge heart and was there if you needed him. A very honest and hardworking man. He was a fun guy to hang out with.
He enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren. His passion was building street rods and hanging out at car shows.
In addition to his wife Kaye, Bill is survived by his son William (Billy) Orr Jr., his daughter Lindsay (Joe) Bolinger, grandchildren Kaelyn Orr, Devyn Marr, Kenzie Fouch, Brooklynne Bolinger, Alex Bolinger, and (1) great granddaughter Finley Mae Hawk. Siblings Harriet O’Brien & Sally Liali.
