

She was born on September 15, 1947, in Cauayan, Isabela, Philippines, to the late Francisco and Juanita Oania. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gregorio Andres Sr. and her brothers Dionicio, Gregorio, Victorino (Adorascion), Sixto (Bella) and Domingo Oania.
Sabel is survived by her son Gregorio “Greg” (Lovelyn) Andres Jr., daughter Annabel (Ryan) Domingsel, her grandchildren Gregorio “Dre,” Ali’i and Isabella Andres; Jaden, Kyrus and Avery Domingsel; brother Simplicio (Berlina) Oania and sister-in-law Genecia Oania; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Sabel lived her life with a steadfast faith in God. She was a devoted Catholic whose trust in the Lord guided her through every joy and challenge. She worked for many years as a salesperson at Lee’s Furniture and Indo Pacific Trading Company. She was known for her kindness, caring heart and gentle spirit. Hardworking and always smiling, she loved her family deeply and was quick to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to Kauai Hospice and to her devoted caregivers: Noemi Cortado, Leonidez “Annie” Hyde, Zeny Tausend and Lorna Pablo for their exceptional care and compassion. Special thanks also go to Arendje “Anki” Takata who lovingly provided her manicures and pedicures.
Friends may visit the Family on January 10, 2026 at the Immaculate Conception Church. Visitation will begin at 8:30 a.m., mass to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. with burial to follow at 11:15 a.m. at Kauai Memorial Gardens.
