Elizabeth was born March 27, 1974 in Cleveland Ohio daughter of Mrs. Kathryn S. Newton and the late, M/SGT Ret William Harry Neighbors. Elizabeth served in Iraq and retired from the U.S. Army. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church.
Survivors other than her mother include her husband, Gary Norred; a son, Jacob Norred; and her brother, J. D. Neighbors, all of LaGrange.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m.
A graveside service with military honors will be held in Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery at 1:30 p.m. (EDT) on Friday, September 16, 2011.
