Emmaline Najjar Joseph

Mrs. Joseph was born May 25, 1924 in Birmingham, AL to the late Maurice S. Najjar and Mary Mansour Najjar. She was an accountant for Milliken and First Federal Savings and Loan for a number of years. Mrs. Joseph was a faithful member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Joseph and son, Paul Joseph.

Survivors include her son, Chris (Emily) Joseph; daughter, Stephanie (Perry) Preston; grandchildren, Charles (Lindsey) Joseph, Preston (Jill) Joseph, Steven (Casey) Joseph, Anne Joseph (Blake) Busbin, Jennifer (Jeff) Bray, Taylor Preston, Camille Preston; and 11 great grandchildren.

The Gathering of Family and Friends will be from 5:30 until 7:00pm Friday, October 16, 2015 at St. Peter’s Catholic Church followed by the Rosary at 7:00 pm. The Funeral Mass will be 11:00am Saturday October 17, 2015 at St. Peter’s Catholic Church with Father Patrick Scully officiating. Funeral Mass will be preceded by Graveside Services at 10:00am in Shadowlawn Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Peter’s Catholic Church, 200 Lafayette Parkway, LaGrange, GA 30241 in memory of Mrs. Emmaline N. Joseph.
