Frank Cipolla

Mr. Cipolla was born February 16, 1926 in Sicily, Italy, son of the late Dominick Cipolla and Giuseppa Maniscalco Cipolla. He was employed with Western Electric as an Electrical Engineer before retiring and was a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church and the Active Life Senior Center. Mr. Cipolla was a U.S. Army Air Corps veteran. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Mary Ann Rizzo Cipolla and a son, Thomas Cipolla.

Survivors include his wife, Emma Jean Brand Cipolla; sons, Frank Cipolla, Jr., Joe (Cilla) Cipolla, John (Marianna) Cipolla, Mike (Beth) Cipolla, and Steve (Lorie) Cipolla; daughters-in-law, Vici Cipolla and Ruth Cipolla; 20 grandchildren; and 28 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M. Saturday, April 23, 2016 at Baptist Tabernacle Church with Reverend Jimmy McMillian officiating. Burial will follow at 3:30 P.M. in Arlington Memorial Park, Atlanta, GA with Matthew Dellinger officiating. The gathering of family and friends will be on Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
