Matt was born March 15, 1992 in LaGrange. He was employed as a carpenter with Terry Hopson’s Home Improvement Company.
Survivors include his mother and step father, Amy and Danny Luke; father, Rudy Hembree; two brothers, Justin Hembree and Chance Lunsford; grandmother, Lectra Lunsford; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held 3:00 P.M. Tuesday, June 30, 2015 in the Chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary. The gathering of family and friends will be Monday evening from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
