Richard Bray

Richard was born December 9, 1951 in Rocky Hill, CT, son of the late Russell F. Bray and Janice Leigh Clark Bray. He received his MBA from the University of New Haven, New Haven, CT and his Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Connecticut. Richard worked for Fiber Industries in Salisbury, NC and Exxon Mobil in Stratford, CT before moving to LaGrange in 2007 to continue his work with Exxon Mobil before retiring. He was a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church, LaGrange, GA.

In his free time Richard enjoyed fishing, kayaking, biking, and spending time with his family.

Survivors include his devoted wife, Mary Ellen Bray; and his loving children, Adam Edward Bray and Monika N. Bray; and sisters, Beverly “Bonnie” Ehmann, Rebecca Bray, and Nancy Deadman all of Ontario, Canada.

The Memorial Mass will be held at 11am, on Jan. 4, 20201 at St. Peter’s Catholic Church, LaGrange, Georgia.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Colon Cancer Society or the American Cancer Association in memory of Mr. Richard F. Bray.
