Terry was born in Thomaston, GA on May 9, 1956, son of Jeanette Casteel Martin-Hardin and the late Benjamin Franklin Martin. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force and was the owner and operator of Martin Home Inspection Services for many years. He was a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church. In his spare time, Terry enjoyed hunting and woodworking.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Jeanette Casteel Martin-Hardin (Frank); fiancée, Michele Weed; sons, David Franklin Martin (fiancée, Beth Arrington) and Robert Bryan Martin (wife, Morgan Martin); grandsons, Christopher Martin, Gavin Martin, and John Parker Martin; sister, Norma Martin Jones (Wayne); brother, Donald Martin; sisters-in-law, Charlene Samanich and Kathy Smith; several other relatives and friends.
The Funeral Mass will be 11:00am Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church with Father Tim Gadziala officiating. Inurnment will follow in the St. Peter’s Columbarium.
