Betty was known for being a very loving and caring mother, grandmother all the way down to great-great grandmother. She was a very strong willed woman and stood up for what she believed in. She was a self taught crochet artist. She had made two or three blankets in her time with this hobby. She attended Catholic mass at St. Martin DePorres Church in Lake Charles, LA and shared her love of God with everyone she met. She prayed her Rosary every morning before she began her day.
