Chester Lee LeBlanc Sr.

Chester retired from Ergon Trucking after 22 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing Bourre', and bar-b-queing while listening to Cajun French Music. He loved spending time with his grandkids who knew him as "Grandpa". Chester was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend who will be greatly missed.

Those left behind to cherish his memories are his loving wife of 53 years, Mary Ann LeBlanc of Lake Charles; son, Chester "Chet" LeBlanc, Jr. and wife, Monica of Holmwood; son, Edward "Eddie" LeBlanc and wife, Beth of Moss Bluff; son, Robert LeBlanc and wife, Dani Jo of Woodlawn; daughter, Alexis Vincent of Longville; daughter, Melissa LeBlanc of Lake Charles; grandchildren, Michelle, Kaylynn, Courtney, Kinley, Haiden, Candice, Edison, Colton, and Alex; brother, Wesley "Joe" LeBlanc and wife, Mary of Houston, TX; brother, John "J.E." LeBlanc and wife, Kathy of Pineville; sister, Ellen Dale McNeer of Ft. Walton Beach, FL; and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Kylee Ann LeBlanc, parents, Elvie and Bernice LeBlanc, and a brother, Harold James "Jimmy" LeBlanc.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at St. Margaret Catholic Church in Lake Charles. Rev. Vijay Peddoju will officiate. Burial will follow in Consolata Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 1-4 p.m. on Sunday, 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. on Monday with a Rosary held at 6 p.m. at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles. Visitation will resume at 9 - 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
