He was born in LeBleu Settlement and lived there all his life. He was a U.S. Army Veteran of Vietnam and was a lifetime VFW member and Disabled Veteran. He retired from the DOTD as a Highway Foreman and also worked for Angelle Concrete as a loader.
He is survived by his wife, Cindy Fruge LeBleu of LeBleu Settlement; son, Peyton LeBleu and wife, Candy of North Carolina; step son, Mark Robert of LeBleu Settlement; daughter, Rachel Cordova and husband, Mike of Chicago, IL; brothers, Murphy Ray LeBleu and wife, Stacy of LeBleu Settlement, Kenneth LeBleu and wife, Joann of Texas; sister, Eva Manual of Iowa, LA and 5 grandchildren. Morgan, Rowan, John, Ashley and Elizabeth.
His service will be 11 a.m. Monday, July 25, 2011 at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles. Rev. Ricky Batchelor will officiate. Burial will be in Consolata Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-9 p.m. Sunday and Monday from 8 a.m. til time of service.
