Edith Mae Daigle

She was born in Johnson City, Tennessee and was a longtime resident of Big Lake for 72 years.

Survivors include her son, Chester Lee Guillory and wife, Eva of Mauriceville,TX; daughters, Dorothy Amy and husband, Curtis of Grand Lake, LA; Genevieve Connor and husband, Archie of Port Neches, TX; Janet Thibault of Nederland, TX and Rhonda Quibodeaux and husband Charles of Vinton, LA ;Debra Simmons and Husband Wilson Of Sulphur. LA; three sisters, fifteen grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her first husband, Chester Guillory and second husband, Alfred Daigle, parents, three brothers, four sisters, a son-in-law and two granddaughters.

Her service will be 2:00pm, Sunday, April 3, 2016 at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles. Bro. Gary Mann will officiate. Visitation will be Saturday from 4:00pm until 9:00pm and resume Sunday at 11:00am until time of service. Burial will follow at Broussard Cemetery.
