She was born in Mamou, LA and had lived there for 40 years. Ethel moved to Lake Charles to be close to her children. All who knew her loved her and she loved everyone unconditionally. Ethel was a member of the full gospel faith. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend.
Survivors include her three daughters, Vicky Manuel of Lake Charles, Judy Cagle of Lake Charles and Sandra Breaux of Westlake; 11 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Her funeral will be at 11a.m. Friday, June 6, at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles. The Rev. Charles Huddleston will officiate. Burial will be in First Baptist Cemetery in Mamou, LA.
