Mr. Skipper was born in Lake Charles lived in Cameron, LA. He worked as a commercial fisherman. He was a loving husband, father, son and brother who enjoyed spending time with his family.
Survivors include his wife, Melissa Skipper of Cameron; son Tylor Skipper; daughter Maliyah Skipper both of Cameron; father, Michael David Skipper Sr. and stepmother Cheryl Skipper of Cameron; sister, Jessica Richard of Lafayette, LA. He was preceded in death by his mother, Polly Ann Skipper.
A memorial service will be at 11am, Tuesday, at the Cameron United Methodist Church, Rev. James Moore will officiate. Visitation will be from 10am til service time. Words of comfort may be shared with the family at www.hixsonfuneralhomes.com.
